How To …… Field Archery Range Target Carrier   Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best.  Here is an easy to build design for a Target Carrier that holds an entire 14 target half. Our club uses two, one for Field and one for Hunter.  As you walk the course and mount your new targets, the shot out ones simply go in the back of the carrier. All you need is a length of ¼ inch threaded rod and a vise to bend it into shape.  Running a piece of pipe over the rod helps make the bends nice and even.  Run a length of tape over the handle to make it nice on your hand and a few plastic caps to cover the tips and your carriers are complete. We keep our glued up targets in a trailer and any member can figure out how to mark them up with this chart template that can be downloaded from the link below. Download template here
